SHIPPING POLICIES

We go to great lengths to ensure that our customers get the freshest product in the best possible condition. Our first priority is that your product arrives in the same condition in which it leaves our shop. Our general policy is to not allow the chocolates to travel more than two days to reach their final destination.

We strongly suggest that you have the chocolates delivered to a place of business to ensure items will not sit out in the elements.

We currently ship our products via USPS 2-day Priority Mail. All orders ship at a FLAT RATE of $7.95 Orders placed before 2pm PST will ship the same day providing the item is in stock. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK SHIPPING ADDRESSES BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER.

Schoggi Swiss Chocolates cannot be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

While our most of our food products are tax free in California, and most other states, some jurisdictions do charge tax on shipping charges.

RETURN POLICIES
We guarantee that the chocolates will leave our facility in peak condition. If you are unsatisfied with your products we will gladly refund your purchase price, not including shipping charges. Simply return your order to
